Penmaendyfi Holiday Park Mid Wales

Penmaendyfi is a manor house steeped in history and tradition. Its earliest residents can be traced back as far as 1590. Today, that enduring history remains in the characterful looks and atmosphere of Penmaendyfi – with its bell tower and water pump, elegant sweeping grounds, and ancient trees. Commanding an elevated position above the river Dyfi, the chalet park and caravan site has been sympathetically developed and offer breathtaking views.

This beautiful 5 acre park, set within a picturesque part of the Mid-Wales coastline, is only 5 miles away from the charming fishing village of Aberdyfi; with its stunning beaches, restaurants and cafes.

It is a quiet, friendly, family-run park which is owned and managed by Aled and Shana Rees and their son Richard.

Situated within our family farm, the coastal path runs through our property.

We have 9 caravans and 14 chalets.

Laundry room with coin- operated washing machine and dryer.

Wi-Fi is available to purchase.

CAN I MAKE A HOLIDAY CHALET/CARAVAN MY MAIN HOME?

Penmaendyfi is strictly a Holiday Home Park. Chalets and Caravans cannot be used as your main or only home.

CAN I SUB-LET A HOLIDAY HOME?

No; you may not sub-let or rent out your holiday home. We have no problem with family and friends using your holiday home.

Our holiday park is a small community where we encourage people to respect their neighbours.

DO YOU ALLOW DOGS?

Regrettably, at Penmaendyfi we don’t allow dogs on site as we have our own farm dogs.

However we do welcome well behaved dogs on Penmaenbach Caravan Park

WILL I OWN THE LAND?

No; you are buying a holiday home along with the right to occupy a pitch on the Park- providing you pay the annual fees and adhere to the Park rules,- but you are not purchasing the land.
